Was Angelina Pivarnick Blackballed By MTV And Then Rejected By Gloria Allred?

Angelina Pivarnick was featured in the most recent episode of Jersey Shore, during which she was rejected by the remaining cast while partying at the same club.

It’s rather odd that Pivarnick would be featured on Jersey Shore again, even if only to be shown cloyingly apologising to the other cast.

Current cast members were invited to participate in charity effort Restore the Shore after super storm Sandy, but Pivarnick’s pleas to be involved were reportedly ignored. And yet MTV is still editing in her cameos.

Pivarnick says it’s indicative of her treatment by MTV since leaving the show as an original cast member. Pivarnick alleges that MTV has basically blackballed her from the entertainment industry and she’s pursing legal remedy, including contacting notorious attorney  Gloria Allred who most recently represented (at least one of) the men accusing former Elmo voice actor Kevin Clash of sex offenses. Allred also represented several of Tiger Woods’ and Anthony Weiner’s former mistresses. But she’s apparently not interested in anyone who cannot generate column inches.

According to TMZ.com, Pivarnick believes she’s been blacklisted from entertainment jobs and it’s MTV’s fault so she plans to sue. Moreover, Pivarnick says MTV has consistently edited her to look bad and maliciously rejected her from Restore the Shore and other MTV events. But Allred said “no” to Pivarnick being a client, claiming her workload is too large presently.
