Yesterday, Life & Style published damning information that confirmed the Kardashians are pathological liars who’ve been obfuscating information to credulous fans for yeas. Lying blatantly when asked about it. And even getting producers to go on record and lie about scenes that were obviously scripted, contrived, heavily-edited, or shot months later than portrayed on the show.
But it’s now a matter of public record, sworn under oath, that Kim Kardashian demanded her engagement be re-shot because she was genuinely shocked and surprised the first time and wanted to be prepared the second take. And, despite protesting otherwise since 2007, the show is completely contrived which isn’t news to even the casual observer but it IS news to some of their young fans.
And now, finally getting a taste of her own medicine after being caught defaming her estranged husband on her show, Kardashian is upset that Humphries won yesterday’s PR battle by leaking information to Life & Style.
Kim Kardashian is fed up with the courtroom tactics of her estranged husband, Kris Humphries, accusing his lawyers of leaking testimony that some scenes in her reality shows are staged and that Kim uses a “tear stick” to cry on camera, The Post’s Richard Johnson reports.
The Kardashians believes Humphries’ hometown lawyer in Minneapolis, Lee Hutton, leaked the Feb. 4 deposition of Keeping Up With the Kardashians producer Russell Jay to Life & Style magazine.
Jay told under oath how Kim didn’t like the way she reacted on camera two years ago when Kris proposed to her, so she had him pop the question again. Another scene, where Kim told her mother, Kris Jenner, about troubles in her marriage, was actually shot after Kim had ended the 72-day union by filing for divorce, Jay said.
“This is normal operating procedure on any reality show,” said one Kim source. “None of this shows fraud, which is what Kris is trying to prove. His entire case is based on the premise that he is the stupidest person on the planet.”
Humphries is claiming Kardashian married him just for publicity and exploited him to boost TV ratings. But Humphries’ LA lawyer, Marshall Waller, is reportedly quitting the case because he’s had enough of it.
Meanwhile, Kim, who’s five months pregnant with the child of her new love, Kanye West, doesn’t think Humphries is even interested in her money. “He’s just trying to make her miserable,” said our source.
If the case isn’t settled by May 6, it will be hard to get a ringside seat at the trial. – via Page Six.
