Kanye West, Reggie Bush, Ryan Seacrest: Deposed For Kim Kardashian Divorce?

Kim Kardashian’s lawyers started it… by subpoenaing Myla Sinanaj to compel information pertinent to the fraud allegations in the divorce trial. Kardashian’s decision to depose Sinanaj made very little sense, in a way. Although some of Sinanaj’s information will be damaging to Kris Humphries, most of the conversations, text messages, and emails exchanged from January to June will be about Kardashian. And it will all be negative. Kardashian’s lawyer will be, in effect, harming their own defense in the fraud case by exposing information like how her mother practically produced and directed a sex tape so staged it had re-shoots.

Now RadarOnline.com says Humphries’ legal team is keen to depose Kardashian’s ex-boyfriend Reggie Bush and her current boyfriend Kanye West: “Kris isn’t intimidated or threatened by Kim and her lawyers. He isn’t thrilled that Myla will be deposed, but he has nothing to hide. If Kim wants to go down this road, he has no choice but to do the same thing. Again, this ISN’T about money, it’s about getting the truth out, it’s all Kris has wanted since he filed his divorce response.” And HollywoodLife.com claims that Ryan Seacrest may be deposed, in order to reveal the extent to which the relationship was choreographed for cameras without Humphries’ knowledge.

We already know the extent of the sham but it will be nice to have it on record: E! allegedly auditioned boyfriends, then Kardashian manipulated Humphries into appearing on camera, Kardashian staged her own proposal, Humphries claimed he was provoked and edited to look emotionally-abusive before a manufactured cheating scandal, then Kardashian was caught by paparazzi re-shooting scenes for Kourtney & Kim Take New York smearing Humphries, she pulled publicity stunts like the drink being thrown at her in a club and flour being thrown on her on the red carpet (she also smeared Humphries in the tabloids by leaking stories that he was homophobic, then calling Humphries closeted gay and alleged he was extorting her for money, all of which his lawyer rebutted in Life & Style).

Previously, Kardashian, Kris Jenner, E!, and an executive producer all lied on record about whether the shows were fake.
