Kim Kardashian Admits In Court That She’s Been Apart From Kanye More Than With Him

Kim Kardashian’s divorce trial is finally in full swing, despite Kris Humphries’ efforts to delay the case further by not showing up to a mandatory court date. The latest news is that Kardashian won what’s probably a major victory assuming a lot of her lying and scheming and contriving ideas for her show was done over email, because TMZ.com reports that Humphries has been banned from seeing “various emails Kim sent on some closed accounts.”

In other court news, Kardashian was reportedly forced to admit that boyfriend Kanye West is already an absentee father. According to RadarOnline.com, West is in France recording his album with no intention of returning to be by his pregnant girlfriend’s side and Kardashian remains in Los Angeles where she’s attending prenatal doctor’s appointments with other family members.

“Kim was forced to admit during her deposition that she has spent more time away from Kanye than with him,” claims a source. “She blamed their hectic schedules, but it was obvious that it pained her a great deal. Kim is pregnant with his baby and Kanye is missing all of her prenatal doctors appointments, because he is halfway around the world in Paris… Kim and Kanye talk, text and Skype, but it’s not the same as having him physically with her.”
