“Kim K Eating Nude” Twitter Photo Is Amia Miley, NOT Kim Kardashian

A nude photo purporting to be Kim Kardashian began circulating on Twitter this morning.

The photo is taken from behind and shows a woman sitting down while eating (from what looks like a room service cart in what looks like a hotel room). The woman has tan skin, long dark hair, and curves. Which is people’s cue to lazily conjecture this is a nude photo of the reality star when the proportions are wrong, for example, the woman’s waist is much smaller than Kardashian’s, and the face is obviously different. That is, the woman in the photo is pretty obviously not Kardashian. The face, seen from an angle, isn’t even close.

But it didn’t take long for “Kim K” to start trending on Twitter as people blindly shared the photo with their followers. Bemused tweets included: “Kim k too? Does she know her crack is all over twitter? Somebody should let her kno..” and “I saved that pic of kim k…everybdy shld” and “Kim K Nude tweeted by kanye” and “The pic of Kim K that Kanye tweeted then deleted. Smh.”

However, others recognised the woman who, it turns out, shared the photo on Twitter May 2011. And it’s been on Tumblr too.

People soon realised the woman from the photo was really adult entertainer Amia Miley about whom people tweeted ”so the picture that Kanye tweeted isn’t Kim K it’s Amia? oooop” and “Too Bad This Ain’t Kim K lol It’s Amia Miley,” and “oooooooh wow..that aint even kim k…I feel robbed..” and “S/o to the smart people who knew it wasn’t Kim K!!” and so on.

Then @AmiaMiley herself tweeted a few messages to clarify some things.

* “Apparently a naked photo of me eating is going viral…. as Kim Kardashian…. Im confused.”

* “…its actually back piercings. I have my wrists done too :)”

* “im not going 2 argue about whether that pic is me or not.. want proof? look at the back dimple piercings. kim k doesn’t have those.”

* “oh, and my right wrist piercing shows in the pic too… the end.”
