Amish Mafia: Esther Schmucker Opened Multiple Abuse Cases Against Boyfriend This Summer
This summer, Hollywoodite.com exclusively reported that Amish Mafia’s Esther Freeman Schmucker, 27, had been looking for friends on Plenty of Fish. Around the same time, she met and hooked up with a guy, a rapper named Amir Rashon Williams, 23, who goes by the name “Mirkat”, who would brag on Twitter about being with someone from television.
“I bagged the chick from Amish Mafia last night,” wrote Amir when the couple met December 2012, “We hooked up in front of my crib I didnt even know until she told me today and I watched it.” He wrote WAY more vulgar stuff, comparing Esther and his ex-girlfriend and asking his followers to watch Amish Mafia because Esther is also a producer. “My new chick produce for TLC and got her own show the Discovery Channel” claimed Amir back in December (readers confirmed to us, Esther is a producer for TLC).
His job at the time was culinary and he was an aspiring rapper who promoted his music on Twitter. He also posted about his drug use on Twitter too. About one month into the relationship, as we reported at the time, Esther went on Twitter to allege Amir had been physically abusing her.
He wrote on Twitter at the time, “Lancaster full of hoes” to which Esther, replied: “apparently when you arrived it got filled with men who believe in hitting women.” In another exchange, he wrote “I’ll be back in action real soon” to which Esther replied “what action!? Hitting more women!?” He then accused her of drug use, and pined for his ex-girlfriend.
Finally, it devolved into a he said-she said slap fight with both alleging that the other won’t stop calling. About a month later, the couple were back together and spending Valentines day together and spent time with her family.
The last time we covered them, back in March, they’d split up again because Amir “messed up.”
And now Lancasteronline reports, Esther filed multiple reports about the alleged domestic violence by Amir.
Moreover, it’s apparently worse than she told people on Twitter at the time, she alleges he physically AND sexually assaulted her (she made the claims, went back to him, and refused to cooperate with the investigation which was eventually closed).
Esther Freeman Schmucker, known on the show simply as Esther, recently filed multiple protection-from-abuse petitions against her on-and-off boyfriend, I’mir R. Williams (spelled “Amir Rashon Williams” on his Facebook). In the petitions, Schmucker maintains Williams sexually assaulted her, beat her and threatened to kill her several times this summer.
Esther Schmucker, 27, and Williams — a 23-year-old rap artist who uses the moniker “Mirkat” — lived together in Strasburg, according to court documents.
“They have been problematic for the Strasburg Police Department,” chief Steven Echternach said on Tuesday. He said there have been several times officers have been sent to the Schmuckers’ residence.
“He would knee me in the face, force me to take my dress off, ripped my bra off me, forced my underwear off me then continued to take advantage of me sexually,” she wrote in one petition regarding an alleged incident on May 27.
“He told me he will chop me into pieces and throw me in the garbage can,” she wrote in another petition.
“He told me multiple times that he is going to kill me and that he just has to figure out how to do it,” she also wrote.
Temporary PFA orders (Protection From Abuse orders) against Williams were signed by a local judge. However, at a pair of separate hearings this summer in Lancaster County Court, Esther Schmucker was a no-show. The PFAs, in turn, expired. Strasburg police investigated the sex-abuse allegations, but Esther Schmucker refused to cooperate.
“It was completely investigated by police,” Echternach said. “But the alleged victim failed to cooperate with authorities. As far as we’re concerned, it’s now an unfounded complaint.”
The problems between Esther Schmucker and Williams led to a fistfight between Williams and John Schmucker, according to court documents. Strasburg police charged both men with disorderly conduct for a May 20 scrape outside a home on East Main Street in Strasburg.
Williams recently pleaded guilty and agreed to pay a fine of $199.48, according to court records. District Judge William Benner found John Schmucker, 28, not guilty at a summary trial last week, according to court documents.
Williams testified that after exchanging words with John Schmucker inside the residence, Williams “requested” he come outside, according to Schmucker’s attorney, Steven Breit. That’s when the altercation became physical, Breit said.
Esther Schmucker appeared at the hearing with Williams, but didn’t testify, court officials said.
Previously, Williams pleaded guilty to a harassment charge for physically abusing Esther Schmucker in Strasburg on May 14, records show.
“We’ve committed valuable time and resources to these investigations and these individuals,” Echternach said. – via Lancasteronline.
PennLive.com notes, responding to the allegations in the local newspaper, Amir reacted on Twitter:
i was told not to speak but i am not what that paper portrays in that article everyone will pay for the DEFAMATION OF MY CHARACTER
