Keep Your Boobs And Butt To Yourself! Grammys Say No Revealing Outfits!
Well, this could be terrible news if you’re a female celebrity attending the Grammys on Sunday. CBS has decided to crack down on any female guests who tend to show a lot of skin.
In a leaked email titled “Standard And Practice Wardrobe Advisory” sent out to record executives, performers and presenters, CBS is requesting that all talent who appears on camera adhere to the network policy concerning wardrobe choices.
According to the email, these wardrobe restrictions include covering any side boob, underboob, buttocks, flesh under the buttocks, thongs, and genital region.
According to UPI.com, the exact wardrobe advisory from the email is as follows:
“Please be sure that buttocks and female breasts are adequately covered. Thong type costumes are problematic. Please avoid exposing bare fleshy under curves of the buttocks and buttock crack. Bare sides or under curvature of the breasts is also problematic. Please avoid sheer see-through clothing that could possibly expose female breast nipples. Please be sure the genital region is adequately covered so that there is no visible “puffy” bare skin exposure.”
The Grammys are also requesting that all attendees refrain from wearing clothing that contain any obscenities, commercial representation or charitable causes.
This network policy might be a move by CBS to prevent any fines from the Federal Communications Commission(FCC). Whether or not the guests actually obey the policy is a whole other issue.
So who do you think this policy will affect the most? Rihanna? Katy Perry? Pink?
Tune in to CBS at 8pm Eastern on Sunday February 10th to find out!
