Slimmed down and sexier than ever, Khloé Kardashian tells Life & Style how she got her body in shape just in time for her debut on The X Factor.
“I’m working out consistently, three to five days a week,” Khloé reveals about her weight loss in the new issue of Life & Style, on newsstands now. “I’m not where I want to be… but it’s a lifestyle change.”
Khloé enlisted the help of celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson. “I write different workouts for every day,” he shares with Life & Style. “There is no routine, that’s the routine.”
“Her intensity is unbelievable,” Gunnar says about Khloé. “She’s there 20 minutes early and never stops for the entire 60 minutes.”
And though she’s re-evaluated her diet, deprivation will never be on Khloé’s menu. “I tried to cut out a lot of sweets,” she explains, but the new host of the The X Factor still allows herself to indulge; celebrating with steak, cake and rosé champagne at Boa on Nov. 1. “I’m just changing my diet slowly.”
