Alexis Bellino Confirms In A Statement She’s Leaving Real Housewives Of Orange County

Back in July, Page Six speculated that Real Housewives of Orange County’s Alexis Bellino and husband Jim Bellino were “vulnerable to being fired” along with Vicki Gunvalson (and, presumably, Gunvalson’s boyfriend Brooks Ayers, and her daughter, and her son-in-law).

Last week, Us Weekly sources finally caught up reporting the same thing. With someone (apparently) from Bellino’s team claiming that she grew tired of the “bullying.”

And now she tells People.com in a statement that she’s leaving. Reiterating that she’s leaving of her own volition, and they’re throwing money at her and, she’s not being fired: “After three seasons of appearing on The Real Housewives of Orange County, I have made the difficult decision not to return for season 8. Although Bravo made me a very generous offer and I’m thankful to have had this experience, I will be leaving the show behind to focus on my family and other opportunities. I am so grateful to have gone through this amazing journey and to have met so many incredible fans. My heart is at peace and I remain so excited for my future” (projects include her and her husband’s trampoline park).

Sources for E! News maintained as of last week that Bellino was fired, however, “She wasn’t invited back… The crew was tired of her complaining and diva ways. They were also tired of her fame-seeking husband.”
