PHOTO Amanda Bynes Calls Miley Cyrus “Ugly” on Twitter

Amanda Bynes has been on a slamming spree on Twitter lately. From her dad to Rihanna to her former love interest Drake, the former child star has been telling everyone they are “ugly.” The only one safe from Bynes’ dig seems to be actor Liam Hemsworth whom she called the “most gorgeous man on the face of the earth.” Unfortunately, she doesn’t have the same positive feeling towards his fiancée Miley Cyrus.
Just after midnight last night, Bynes tweeted a photo of Cyrus at the Billboard Music awards with the caption, “Ur ugly @mileycyrus.” Needless to say, Bynes’ tweet caused a stir on the web and hours later, Cyrus got word of the latest in the ongoing Bynes saga.
“I won’t even entertain that thought. I think it’s all so sad and I don’t want to add any fuel to that fire,” Cyrus said during an interview with Hot 95.5 of Byne’s cruel comment. “It’s really so sad to me. I was rooting for her comeback until [she] started attacking me.”
In addition to not having much to say about Bynes, Cyrus also made it known that she suspected Bynes was simply using her for good old fashioned publicity. If so, it kind of worked.
“I just thought it was hilarious that she mentioned my name the moment I was the worldwide trending topic on Twitter,” Cyrus pointed out. “It’s just funny the moment you’re a trending topic how many people want your name to come out of their mouth, so somehow they can associate and maybe they can become a trending topic.”
