Amber Portwood Returns To Jail For Probation Violation, New Mug Shot

As reported earlier, Amber Portwood has indeed been sent to jail for probation violation.
Portwood, 21, was on a conditional two-year suspended sentence for domestic violence against ex-fiance Gary Shirley. As part of her sentence, Portwood effectively had to refrain from beating anyone else and had to return her focus to education. She neglected to do any of the aforementioned, and she was caught on camera beating a stranger at IHOP as recently as November 2011. A Madison County judge issued a warrant for her arrest after ruling on multiple failures to comply.
