Star Magazine Still Insists That Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt Are Expecting

There seems to be a trend in the tabloids for passing off year-old information as new on their covers. Life & Style is running a story from March 2012 on its cover. And ITW passed information from January 2012 as new on a recent cover.

Not to be left out, Star is running its own story from January 2012 on this week’s cover claiming that Angelina Jolie is pregnant.

This really is habit. Remember? They also ran a Kate Middleton pregnancy cover, before it was confirmed in 2012, that reused its own headline from 2011.

In January 2012, Star claimed Jolie was “expecting the couple’s ‘third’ biological child” …somehow forgetting Shiloh and the twins already make three and a new addition would make four.

The obvious lie about the pregnancy went quiet because there was no baby. But Star is basically making the same claims this week because Jolie’s/ Katie Holmes’/ Jennifer Aniston’s wombs fill slow news days.

The same month in 2012, OK! Magazine, with whom Star shares a parent company, made the same pregnancy claims adding a few weeks later that the couple was expecting twin boys.

And this week, Star claims to know Jolie is pregnant. About a year pregnant. And suddenly it’s one baby boy, not twin boys.

The cover says: “Exclusive: Angelina ‘I’m Pregnant Again’ She’s three months along; Brad tells pals it’s a boy; Their plan to quit Hollywood for good.”

A source tells Star: “Angelina has been talking about having another child for years now… But Brad kept putting his foot down because of their intense schedules and chaotic lifestyle… She had morning sickness and didn’t want to draw attention to herself in public. She’s focusing on the other children right now, trying to prepare them for the new baby.”
