Tabloids: Are Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart Back Together?

There have been conflicting rumours over the past few weeks about whether Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart were back together after she humiliated and cuckolded him with married father-of-two, director Rupert Sanders.
Last week, LaineyGossip.com attended the Toronto International Film Festival where it was alleged that Stewart’s retinue went around telling journalists that the couple were indeed back together but afraid to publicly date, lest it harm Pattinson’s reputation. It seemed like her people were getting desperate and, in tandem with her fans, were spreading rumours of forgiveness to repair some of the damage done to her image. The next day, HollywoodLife.com sources said the couple were not together, clarifying that it’s the same handlers who were pushing the story of a reconciliation. And now the rumours have reached the British tabloids, who alleged that Pattinson has forgiven his cuckold (probably also spoonfed by pro-Stewart sources).
It’s from The Sun newspaper, barely better than the National Enquirer, but it got a lot of coverage this weekend, so make of it what you will. Sources claim Pattinson has minimised the contrived, deliberate, distasteful act of flaunting a love affair as a “stupid mistake.”
Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have become an item again, just months after he walked out on her. [Pattinson], 26, was last night revealed to have had a heart-to-heart with the tearful [Stewart], 22, and forgiven her “stupid mistake.”
A source told how [Pattinson] had set up home with [Stewart] once more. Adding: “They pretty much decided they couldn’t live without each other. Kristen poured her heart out to Robert and told him it was a one-off and a mistake.”
[Pattinson] quit their Hollywood home in June over [photos] of Kristen cheating on him with… married film director Rupert Sanders, 41. Heartbroken[Pattinson] went to stay at Reese Witherspoon’s California ranch, where Kristen’s dad, John, begged him to patch things up with his daughter.
[Pattinson], already shaken by Twilight fans’ online vitriol against her, finally relented. Just days ago, Kristen, who wore one of her ex’s tops to fly to Toronto, Canada, to plug her new movie On The Road, jetted back to join him at the ranch.
The source confirmed: “Rob sees it as Kristen made a really stupid mistake. After a lot of long tearful talks, they’ve worked it out. Rob can see how truly sorry Kristen is and has totally forgiven her. They really do love each other.”
The pair have now moved into a secluded pad in the same (Los Feliz) Los FelizLos Angeles compound where Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have a place. Kristen and R-Patz are due to appear on the red carpet together in November for the final Twilight film Breaking Dawn: Part 2.
