Ashley Tisdale Engaged To Boyfriend Christopher French

Ashley Tisdale has reportedly gotten engaged to her boyfriend Christopher French. The former Disney star’s musician beau got down on one knee last night in an elaborate proposal at the top of the Empire State Building and she happily accepted.
“It happened on the 103rd floor at the top of the Empire State Building,” an insider confirms to Life & Style. “It was totally romantic and Ashley’s over the moon, of course!”
Although Ashley hasn’t confirmed the exciting news herself, she did tweet about her exciting evening just before 9:00pm last night. “Best night of my life,” she wrote. “We’re on top of the world.”
Ashley and Christopher first began dating in December of 2012 shortly after she parted ways with music video director Scott Speer. Ashley and Scott dated for two years from 2009-2011 before splitting only to give their relationship another try one year later.
While Ashley and Christopher have only been dating for about 9 months, their relationship has been quite eventful.
In May of this year, it was reported that an obsessed fan sent more than 18,000 tweets to the actress starting in November of 2012 and then showed up to her Los Angeles home claiming to be a delivery man. After fearing that the crazed fan, later identified to be Nicholas Fiore, was plotting to shoot both her and her boyfriend, Ashley went to court and was granted a restraining order which the man later violated. Currently, Fiore is required to stay 100 yards away from Ashley at all times — but only for the next three years.
