Blake Lively & Ryan Reynolds View A $12.85 Million Penthouse

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are reportedly still viewing properties together. The story takes a predictable turn for the boring this week, as Page Six clarifies they’re probably not moving in together, after six weeks of cooking and quiet nights walking their dogs, they’re probably just looking for him.

The lovebirds, who have been officially dating for just over a month, discreetly checked out the $12.85 million penthouse at 130 W. 12th St. earlier this week…

Reynolds arrived to the showing on time. Lively came a little later, hidden under a big hat, looking decidedly un-glam, as if she’d just rolled out of bed.

“She definitely wasn’t dressed for the day,” one of our spies said. Another added, “It looked like Ryan was buying, but he was strongly relying on Blake’s opinion.” The couple left together. – via NY Post’s Page Six.

It sounds like a JustJen deal where it’s not a shared apartment but they’re both there, together, a lot.

Lively’s been travelling to Boston to see Reynolds; weekend trips, since he’s been there filming. They’ve spent just about every weekend of their six-week relationship en-route to or driving from his place. And now it looks like he’s moving to NYC to be nearer to her, while she’s filming Gossip Girl.

This is at least the second multi-million apartment they’ve viewed. The first was a $4.35 million apartment, also in NYC.
