Brandi Glanville & Darin Harvey Fake Las Vegas Wedding – PHOTOS

Brandi Glanville has a lot of time on her hands. Somewhere between filming the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and co-parenting her babies, she’s got enough time to drunkenly fake-marry her best friend, Mixed Martial Arts manager Darin Harvey.
Some outlets, including Us Weekly, claimed that the married was real/ legally-binding. Evidently without checking first since Glanville admitted, days later, it was a hoax.
Glanville started tweeting on New Year’s Eve that she was partying with friends, then @ing Harvey to say: “Welcome to Vegas handsome, I foresee a night filled with strippers and a possible wedding chapel.” She continued: “Getting married… we did it,” leading people to believe she really got married in a tacky, quickie Las Vegas wedding following a drunken New Year’s celebration with friends.
Her 45,000-ish followers on Twitter started asking questions about the messages and photos of the supposed couple during their supposed wedding. Fans asked about a ring, a prenup, gifts, and whether it would last. Glanville replied, “Yes we r man and wife, No prenup… don’t worry, I think we can get it annulled… Having dinner with my husband… It’s official, I’m a housewife for real. Yes, I’m married, get over it… We may annul.”
Then, suddenly, fans turned on the 38-year-old. Realising how insulting was the prank, Glanville came clean: “Its a new day & i’ve been reading all my replies & just wanna say I’m taking all ur comments seriously! Ringing in the new yr in Vegas w/ my… My gals & BFF of many yrs @darinharvey was SO much fun & we got carried away by getting married! I didn’t realize what we did wuld affect… Others so seriously! in my head I was just having fun w/ my best friend who I adore & has been there for me during all my tuff times! I didnt mean to offend anyone! I beleive everyone shud be able to get married & maybe even embarass themselves in Vegas ;). This yr has been… Great for me in many ways! Im gr8ful for all the ppl I met thru RHOBV. Bare w/ me, Im gonna make mistakes, but I always learn from them! xob”
So, at 38, she needs to prank marry to realise it’s foolish. Ugh, how shortsighted and immature. Well, at least she apologised (some were particularly offended because of the LGBT marriage situation).
