Brandi Glanville talks about Camille Grammer abuse claims against Dimitri Charalambopoulos
Camille Grammer has alleged domestic abuse at the hands of her ex-boyfriend, Dimitri Charalambopoulos, while she was recovering from cancer treatment in a Houston hotel room, after which she sought a restraining order (incidentally, violence appears to run in Dimitri’s family).
In a new interview, one of her RHOBH castmates, Brandi Glanville, shows their support and explains that no one in their circle knew about the abuse until it was too late to stop it.
Brandi spoke to Access Hollywood (via WetPaint) about Camille, “I’ve been in contact with her and she’s not OK. She’s definitely moving forward, pressing charges. She just didn’t want to let it go on. I guess it’s been volatile for a while.”
“We knew him, but he never spoke, he never talked,” Brandi explained of whether she ever expected violence from Dimitri.
“I was surprised, but I wasn’t shocked because I’d seen them fight and I heard them fight before, but I couldn’t believe that he laid his hands on her,” she continued.
“I do believe it,” Brandi added of the allegations. “She’s not a liar.”
Previously, Taylor Armstrong also praised Camille for coming forward about the abuse.
