Breaking Amish: Sabrina High a.k.a. Sabrina Burkholder Before & After Weight Loss Photos

During part one of the Breaking Amish reunion that aired after this week’s season finale, Sabrina Burkholder (née High) addresses her weight from before and during the TLC reality show.
Incidentally, Burkholder’s maiden name on her marriage licence is “Lavon High” after which she married a man named Delmar R. Burkholder and, judging by her Twitter handles at the time, she at least momentarily changed her surname to “Burkholder.” (Note: She appears to have subsequently gotten a divorce and is in a relationship with boyfriend Harry Kreiser III.)
Addressing her as Burkholder for now… she talked about her struggles with weight.
Referring to her mockery of cast mate Rebecca Byler’s dentures, required because Byler no longer has any teeth of her own, Burkolder says it was retaliation for Byler’s comments about the Mennonite’s eating habits. Moreover, Byler commenting on how much Burkholder ate when they first moved into the New York City hotel.
Burkholder says she was being sensitive because she used to weight over 200 pounds. Although, she’s clearly lost the weight.
She expounds, a portion of that weight loss was due to an eating disorder, anorexia (of which she appears to have mostly recovered since it wasn’t part of the main show).
As it happens, there are photos of Burkholder at her heaviest weight of 200 lbs or thereabouts. She was heavier during National Geographic’s show Amish at the Altar and in her own wedding photos from 2009. Compared below to recent images and childhood images from the show.
