Britney Spears Engaged To Marry Jason Trawick, Will Show Ring Tonight

Britney Spears is engaged to marry boyfriend, now fiance, Jason Trawick, after he proposed 24-hours early.

It turns out, Spears was already engaged when the news broke this morning. Trawick had planned to propose Friday night but, since Spears knew it was coming, he did it on his Thursday birthday to surprise her. It would appear she was surprised, as she tweeted several hours ago: “OMG. Last night Jason surprised me with the one gift I’ve been waiting for. Can’t wait to show you! SO SO SO excited!!!! Xxo.” That was taken as indirect confirmation since no one wants to sit and decode Twitter/ Facebook messages on an after-hours reveal, the second-to-last Friday before Christmas.

TMZ claims to know Spears said “yes” to the proposal, so she’s engaged, and there will be a ring reveal tonight at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino Las Vegas, at which she will show her engagement ring to friends and family. The resort owner, Robert Earl, will personally attend the ring reveal and toast the couple. Afterward, they will have dinner at the Chocolate Lounge at the Sugar Factory in the Paris Hotel then a party at Chateau nightclub.
