Brittany Kerr Says Sorry For “Lapse In Judgement” With Married Singer Jason Aldean

American Idol alum Brittany Kerr, who cheers for the NBA’s Charlotte Bobcats, was caught canoodling with married country singer Jason Aldean last week at The Den in West Hollywood.

Aldean has already apologised by minimising his drunk cheating and blaming it on the alcohol. And now Kerr has apologised for her own actions, although she’s reportedly telling friends she didn’t know the stranger she was letting feel her up was married.

Kerr minimises her own actions as a “lapse in judgement” in today’s public apology that follows fan-made remarks on social media blaming her, singularly, rather than blaming both guilty parties or just Aldean who is married. Kerr deleted her Twitter and comments directed at her on Facebook included: “Disgusting homewrecking tramp!” and “what is wrong with you taking advantage of a married man while he was drinking” and ”everyone thinks ur a slut!” Wow, those are clearly from his fans. Way to absolve him of responsibility.

Kerr’s apology says: “The actions I portrayed recently were not a representation of my true character, but a lapse in judgment on my part. I would like to sincerely apologize to everyone that has been affected by this, including my friends & family.”
