Brody Jenner: I Stay Out Of My Father’s Business, But I Don’t Think He’s Split From Kris

Brody Jenner has been doing a lot of talking for someone who has admittedly been out of the loop for the past three decades. Previously, Brody told the UK’s Now Magazine that Kim Kardashian had become depressed from months of fat-shaming during her pregnancy; she had internalised the comments and become withdrawn and taken months to get over it and enjoy her motherhood.
And now Brody is talking about his father and stepmother’s marriage… despite claiming he “stays out of their business.”
Previously, it was reported by the tabloids that Bruce and Kris Jenner were on the brink of divorce after many sexless years and many months of living apart. The tabloids claimed the divorce would get nasty, leaving all the Kardashian/ Jenner women unmarried in the coming months (working on the assumption Khloe would get divorced soon too). The blame was mostly placed on Kris Jenner for smothering her Olympian husband, having “sucked the life out of Bruce.” He’s said to have regained a little of the freewill he lost being married to someone so controlling and moved to another city. The couple insist that they still share a bed most nights, however, even though that seems implausible. But now Brody is half heartedly clearing up those rumours.
“My relationship [with Kris] is getting better now, but for a long time growing up I didn’t see her that much and didn’t trust her intentions,” he told the U.K.’s Now magazine. “We didn’t have the best relationship — not just with her, with my father Bruce, too… Well, we’ve hashed out some stuff and our relationship has definitely got a bit better.”
“I stay out of their business, but as far as I’m concerned, they haven’t split up,” the reality star continues, “Dad’s been in Malibu — he grew up out here — and the press has made a big deal of it.” Yeah, because he’s pretty far away from his marital home; ostensibly moving out to get away from the hubbub of the new baby. “It’s nothing to do with them breaking up,” he said.
