The drama going on between Brooks Ayers, Vicki Gunvalson, and Robert Williamson III has just been taken to another level. After Williamson filed a lawsuit against the Real Housewives of Orange County star and her longtime beau, she was later removed, only to be re-listed months later. Now, it is being revealed that Williamson has accused Ayers of allegedly attempting to hire a hit man to murder him.

According to a new defamation lawsuit filed by Ayers against Williamson, Ayers is alleging that Williamson has been telling people that Ayers was planning to have him killed. Ayers states that Williamson set up a meeting between himself and Gunvalson in Las Vegas earlier this year where he claimed Ayers was a “dangerous guy who has threatened Plaintiff (Williamson) and his wife’s life” and who also “hired a hit man to kill plaintiff.”

Williamson reportedly also told Gunvalson that Ayers had gotten his divorce lawyer’s receptionist pregnant and that he was carrying a handful of STDs. While Gunvalson appeared to believe him at first, even sending a text message which read, “lost my number,” they later reconciled.

In the documents, it is stated that Ayers “was publicly vilified and humiliated and has suffered substantial damages in the form of pain, suffering, anguish and lost business opportunities” because of Williamson’s wild accusations against him.

Also included in the suit are several text messages sent back and forth between Brooks and a woman named Angela Torres. “OMG what is going on Brooks! We need to talk PLEASE,” Torres supposedly wrote to Ayers on March 31. “Sorry I’m just really scared for my life.” The next day, she reportedly texted Ayers again saying, “I called him on his own bluff!!! He’s not going to contact me. He’s nothing but a liar! Just like he proposed to me and promised he would leave Cate by March.”

On April 9, it is said that Ayers informed Torres of the murder plot allegations being made against him. ”The BIG deal is that Robert has implicated me/you in a plan to extort/blackmail and/or have him killed. Pretty serious and I’m not taking it lightly,” he wrote. Torres allegedly answered, “Well it’s obvious that its not true.”

“Well, he provided a supposed text from your phone that came from me,” Ayers reportedly then said. “We’ll find out the facts. … So you’re telling me that you never insinuated to Robert that I was contacting you via text that I was encouraging you to extort money from him or we’d have him killed?”

“No,” she answered, claims the suit. “I told Rob that I felt like he was going to hurt ME!”

Ayers and Gunvalson are currently being sued by Williamson for what he claims to be shady business dealings in regards to a percentage of their Vicki’s Vodka company.
