Celebrity Twitter Reactions To The Death Of Whitney Houston
February 12, 2012 by Hollywoodite
Following the news that Whitney Houston passed away age 48, there have been many reactions from other celebrities.
Houston died unexpectedly of an unknown cause of death Saturday afternoon only hours before she was scheduled to sing at the Clive Davis annual pre-Grammys party taking place at the Beverly Hilton, the same hotel at which Houston was found dead in her bathtub. The party went on as planned, without Davis in attendance; he instead opted to mourn at home with family.
Her mother Cissy Houston and cousin Dionne Warwick told TMZ.com they both spoke to the singer the day of her death and she seemed fine.
Ex-husband Bobby Brown is in Memphis, TN for a New Edition concert. CNN report he “is struggling and devastated.” Brown and Houston’s only child together, Bobbi Kristina Brown, who will be 19-years-old next month, is in Los Angeles. The teenager is “not doing well,” according to her father.
