Keith Cozart, better known as rapper Chief Keef, has found himself in some serious legal drama outside of the rap game.

TMZ.com is reporting that Cozart, 17, allegedly impregnated an underage girl who is now suing him for child support. The exact age of the girl is unknown. What is known is that she is still in middle school and the rapper allegedly impregnated her in 2011, which could mean that she was potentially as young as 11 or 12 at the time.

This is not the first set of legal problems Chief Keef has seen. He was recently sentenced to 60 days in a juvenile detention center for a violation of his probation originally stemming from a gun charge involving police when was he was 16.

In his native Illinois, it is a misdemeanor for anyone under the age of 18 to have a sexual relationship. When both parties involved are between the ages of 9 and 17, the older party, even if it is consensual, can be charge with “criminal sexual abuse.” Punishment can include up to one year in jail, and can include registration as a sex offender for up to 10 years.

Chief Keef’s accuser is suing him for an undisclosed amount of back support, health insurance, and other medical expenses. Chief Keef, nor his representation, have issued a statement at this time.

Chief Keef has a record deal with Interscope Records, and is the CEO of his own label Glory Boys Entertainment. His major label debut, Finally Rich, was released on December 18, 2012 and Keef has previously worked with Kanye West, Young Jeezy and Rick Ross.
