ChRianna is Over: Chris Brown Just Can’t Win

Take it from Chris Brown himself… he just can’t win for losing! Those are lyrics from a song Brown tweeted out to his 12 million Twitter followers on April 29th. While no official statement has been released from Brown nor Rihanna, their social media activity just may say it all. ChRianna is OVER!
On Saturday night, Rihanna followed Brown’s arch nemesis, Canadian rapper Drake, on Instagram only for Brown to un-follow her on Twitter. He then released I Can’t Win, which is a listen into Breezy’s aching heart and mind. In the song, Brown declares how he has tried to make things work with the Barbadian beauty; however, it is her unwillingness to change that is the issue.
“Now the only thing you love is a bottle,
The only thing you got left is a shadow,
Don’t let this s**t come between us,
I’m wrong you’re right, it’s okay with my heart,
But it’s not how it’s supposed to be,
You always say I’m done and finished,
F**k it, I’m wrong you’re right,

Fans of the pop stars may breathe a sigh of relief about this news, since the two received backlash when they reunited late last year. Brown’s father Clinton Brown told the New York Daily News that he was not a fan of the two getting back together in the first place.
“You have to have a balance in a relationship. You have to have someone who is spontaneous and whimsical but you also have to have someone who is grounded and logical,” he said.
From the nightclub brawl with Drake, the Good Morning America chair-throwing incident and most recently his outburst towards a valet attendant over $10-since May, Brown just cannot seem to catch a break. Papa Brown thinks that if his son and Rihanna do not get it together things could end badly.
“I hate to use examples, but Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston and Amy Winehouse – I mean I could go on and on!” he added.
When asked who he thought would be a good fit for his son, he said Jordin Sparks, “She’s a wholesome young lady, very pretty.” Although Sparks is taken there are plenty of other wholesome girls for Brown to choose from. For the sake of their careers and lives maybe it’s best for the two to call it quits for good and move on from each other.
