David & Victoria Beckham Are Done With Making Babies

A baby was pulled from Victoria Beckham’s belly this weekend, in news that makes one weep for her well-worn C-section scars (often times, the same incision is used over and over; making this the fourth time she was opened in the same place). The baby was announced through their publicist and the baby name of Harper Seven Beckham was confirmed on the Facebook of David Beckham. In news that will shock no one, it’s being reported that the parents-of-four are done with having kids.

This is being reported by the UK’s The Sun newspaper; as bad, if not worse in some ways, as its former News International sister publication, the now-closed News Of The World. So, make of this what you will, but, broadly speaking, it’s probably entirely accurate. The couple are parents of three boys and a newborn baby girl. And they made it clear before the pregnancy that any subsequent child would be their last.

According to The Sun, Victoria Beckham struggled with back pain and bunions during the pregnancy (she had bunions anyway, but it probably made it worse and exacerbated from wearing heels when pregnant). And she can’t face enduring another pregnancy, “With three great boys and now a beautiful girl Victoria is insisting their family is complete.” It’s also being speculated further where the baby name of Harper came from, “The boys love Wizards of Waverly Place [which has a character called Harper Finkle] and [they] have been very vocal in helping to name their new sister.”
