People, In Touch Weekly: Demi Moore Is An Anorexic Drug Addict

February 2, 2012 by Hollywoodite

The coverage of Demi Moore’s drug-addled breakdown has become tedious, if only because the listicle of narcotics she’s alleged to have taken is growing by the hour depending on whom you believe. Everyone’s sources are frantically telling all, as though anyone with insight wouldn’t have 1) helped her 2) spilled earlier.

* People’s headline reads: “Why Demi Went Into Treatment. Life In Danger THE REAL STORY. Barely eating and reckless partying, Tortured by insecurities, Why friends and family hope it’s not too late for the troubled actress.” Firstly, People has devolved into Life & Style in the past month, so takes its sources with a pinch of salt. The tabloid claims: ”As Demi got older, she convinced herself that she needed to stay young and skinny to remain attractive to her husband. She needed reassurance all the time that she was hot and sexy.”   Another source says: Moore “was always fixated on being young. And the only thing that tied her to that, as she got older, was her marriage to a younger guy and hanging around young people.”

* Making three covers about Moore, if you include Us Weekly’s efforts, In Touch Weekly’s cover claims: “Rumer’s Scary 911 Call To Save Demi… It’s Worse Than Anyone Knows, TIME BOMB! Cocaine and Whip-it addiction, Grinding on her daughter’s friend, “I Don’t Need Rehab,” Will Demi Wake Up Before She Loses Everything?” Inside, ITW claims Moore is “literally hiding in shame over how far she has fallen.” Supposedly, ignoring Us Weekly’s claims about Zac Efron, ITW says Moore ground on 90210 star Ryan Rottman back in January and had to be pulled aside by Rumer Willis. “[Demi] constantly flirts and seeks out attention from younger men,” says a source. “She’s always flirted with her daughters’ male friends.” Also, in speculation supported by RadarOnline.com’s sources (owned by the same company as Star), Moore’s on a diet of “Adderall and Red Bull.”

In related news, in a story inset on their cover, Star sources add that Moore had a “cocaine overdose” took “1,800 pills” and eats “500 calories” per day because she’s anorexic.
