Destiny’s Child Reunite for Kelly Rowland’s Upcoming Album

May 28, 2013 by TiffanyNikole

Destiny’s Child fans rejoiced when both Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams literally popped up on stage during Beyoncé’s Super Bowl performance. Rumors of an upcoming Destiny’s Child album spread like wildfire but were put to rest by sources close to the music group.

Now with the upcoming release of her fourth album, Rowland has brought along both Beyoncé and Williams to help her out on the song You’ve Changed. The trio released Nuclear in February, however, the song did not really take off like previous DC songs.

It’s been nine years since Destiny’s Child released their last album Destiny Fulfilled in 2004. Since then, each member has taken over the world in some way or another. Beyoncé is currently doing the Mrs. Carter Show World Tour and Williams has been performing on Broadway and is also working on her fourth studio album.

Rowland has been cast as one of the new judges on the third season of X Factor and is currently on tour with The-Dream. She made headlines early on in May when she released Dirty Laundry, a song where she shares her feelings towards Beyoncé and even her past as a victim of abuse.

“When my sister was onstage/killing it like a…/I was enraged/feeling it like a…,” Rowland sings. “He pulled me out, he said, ‘Don’t nobody love you but me/Not your mamma, not your daddy and especially not Bey’.”

Yikes! Rowland’s dirty laundry and Destiny Child reunions aside,  Talk A Good Game is set to be released on June 18.
