Did Jacques Azoulay Dump LuAnn De Lesseps Over Cheating Issues?

Days ago, it was announced that LuAnn de Lesseps and her boyfriend of three years, Jacques Azoulay, had parted ways. The Real Housewives of New York star’s split was pretty shocking considering the last time fans saw them, they were trying to start a family.
In a new report, a source claims it was Jacques who called it quits and dumped LuAnn after realizing that he simply didn’t trust her after seeing how she behaved during a cast trip to St. Barts shown on the fifth season of the show.
On the trip, LuAnn had met a Johnny Depp look-a-like at a local bar and took him back to the place where she and the other ladies were staying. Although there were no infidelities caught on camera, LuAnn’s co-star Carole Radziwill claimed that LuAnn came to her room at 3:00am with the mystery man. Then, in the morning, LuAnn was heard on the phone, telling someone, “He can’t say he was here last night with me.”
Since the incident, LuAnn and Jacques seemed to be back on track, vacationing together, and appearing united at events. LuAnn was even reportedly looking for a proposal from Jacques.
“Jacques wanted to believe LuAnn and for a while their relationship appeared to be back on track,” a source close to the situation told Radar Online. “Then, the Countess began to pressure him for a marriage proposal and that is when the trust issues came up again. Jacques just couldn’t trust her and he decided to end the relationship.”
Despite their troubled past, the insider claims LuAnn was convinced that they had gotten over the St. Barts issue, which happened nearly a year ago, and when Jacques broke up with her, she was completely caught off guard. “She really thought she was going to spend the rest of her life with him,” the source explained. “Jacques treated her so well. She is very lost right now.”
