Doug Hutchison, 51: “My 16-Year-Old Wife Came On To Me First”

This is an argument better suited to someone pre-tasering on To Catch A Predator… “She didn’t look 16, she wanted to, she came on to ME!” Perhaps, rather than giving an interview with Good Morning America about a story upon which the dust has only just settled, Lost/ The Green Mile actor Doug Hutchison should just honeymoon and get on with married life and stay out of the disapproving eyes of the media for a while.

For clarification, it would appear that the child bride was an entirely willing participant in the relationship. This is something of which her parents have been aware, they offer their full support and they seem to like Hutchison – which is telling in all the wrong ways; we need to establish parental consent and legalities before establishing how creepy this story is.

Asked for comment by the media, the parents of Courtney Alexis Stodden – proven to be 16-years-old, with the release of her birth certificate, after speculation she was much older due to her plasticised and weathered Real Housewife looks – defended Hutchison. But, these are people who claim their daughter’s bolt-ons are real and that she’s a “good girl” who was a virgin before marriage.

Moving on, the couple have given an interview defending the marriage that took place May 20 in Las Vegas. Despite nearly being old enough to be her grandfather, technically – and the girl’s parents are almost Hutchison’s exact age – he and his wife have given a sit-down interview to talk about the love and purity in their relationship.

Below are some photos from their wedding day and the three-plus-decade age-difference isn’t so apparent, right? Perhaps it’s that tanning that’s already ruined her skin, making her look older, but she could almost pass for her 30s, and Hutchison looks a little younger than his 50s.
