Ex-Kardashian Stepmom Sues The Whole Klan

When the late Robert Kardashian was on his death bed he married Ellen Pearson. It is no surprise that Kardashian’s famous kids, Kim, Kourtney, Khloe, and Robert do not like Pearson. Once Kardashian passed away, Pearson claimed that he told her that Khloe was not his child. The claim was proven to be false but that did not stop the outspoken Kardashians from letting the world know how much they hated Pearson. Khloe even went as far as to tweet, “The audacity you have to mention my father’s name like this! Should be ashamed of yourself! I let a lot of things slide but this one is really low… YOU ARE DISGUSTING (yes you know who YOU are)”
Their attempts to shame her into hiding failed. As shown in the current season of their hit reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Pearson tells the press that Robert Kardashian kept journals which exposed matriarch Kris as being an abusive mother. The show documents their fight with Pearson as they slap her with a lawsuit.
Pearson is fighting back- she has filed a counter-suit which accuses the powerful family of hiring Jake Schmidt, a private detective, to dig into her life just so they could boost the ratings on their show. Radar Online reports that the documents accuse Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and Kris of hiring Schmidt to catch Pearson partaking in “unlawful or illicit behavior.” Pearson claims that she received text messages from Schmidt that claimed he had dirt on Kris and proposed a meeting. Pearson rejected his offers and according to the suit, the Kardashians then had no damaging information on Pearson to air on their show. Pearson has promised to fight against the Kardashians until they admit they attempted to use her for ratings.
