EXCLUSIVE Chelsea Houska Thinks Adam Lind’s Daughter’s Name Choice Is “Weird” — Find Out Why

Chelsea Houska’s baby daddy Adam Lind will soon welcome his second daughter. Since last year, Adam has been on and off with Taylor Halbur who is currently 9 months pregnant with a baby girl who they plan to name Paislee. While Chelsea has moved on from Adam and the love they once shared, she is a bit affected by the name he chose for the baby and now, we are finding out why.
A source tells Hollywoodite, “Chelsea does think it’s weired that Adam is naming his second daughter Paislee, but not just because the spelling of Paislee is too close to the double E ending of Aubree.”
It had previously been reported that Chelsea found the name choice odd but at the time, no reason was given. So, most fans assumed that it was simply because of the similarities to Aubree’s name which didn’t seem to be all that bad considering the baby will be Aubree’s sister. However, it’s not just Aubree who has the unique spelling.
“Aubree’s cousin who’s 6 months older than her is named Braylee. The double E ending is a ‘Houska thing,’” the source explains. “That’s why she’s a little upset about it.”
Adam and Taylor first began dating in the fall of last year during the time that the fourth season of Teen Mom 2 was being shot. Months into the relationship, the pair split up and rumors of an affair on Adam’s part hit the web. Then, during a brief reconciliation in late 2012, Adam and Taylor conceived their first child. Still, their relationship wasn’t stable and they split once again which left Taylor to go about the pregnancy alone — at least for the first several weeks. Now, the couple is happy and excited for the birth of their first child together.
Although Taylor and Chelsea got along for a short time during one of her splits from Adam, they don’t seem to be in that place any longer. As the source states, “Chelsea is sick of Taylor playing house and calling herself Aubree’s step mom when she’s not.”
While Taylor may feel like she’s in the step mom position, nothing is official and with the inconsistency of her relationship with Adam so far, that may never happen.
Adam and Taylor’s daughter is due tomorrow.
