EXCLUSIVE Lydia McLaughlin On Ryan Culberson: “He Has Not Reached Out Or Apologized”

On Monday night’s finale of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Lydia McLaughlin’s mother Judy was involved in a war of words with the son-in-law of Vicki Gunvalson, Ryan Culberson. According to Ryan, Judy disrespected Vicki’s home which was the scene of the finale’s Winter Wonderland party by putting her feet on a couch. As a result, he told her he was throwing her out and proceeded to slam her behavior publicly outside the home in front of many shocked party guests.
It was a scene that has become a hot topic for fans of the show, mainly because no one really saw Ryan’s attack coming. From the way things seemed before, he was a completely rational, straight-edged, respectful character, but judging by his actions on Monday, he has a dark side.
Since the episode occurred, fans have been waiting to see if Ryan would offer up any sort of apology, but according to Lydia, he hasn’t contacted her or her mother since the finale episode was taped months ago.
“I have not seen or spoken to Ryan since that night, neither has my mom,” Lydia reveals exclusively to Hollywoodite. “He has not reached out or apologized.”
As for his wife Briana, Lydia seems to hint that they may chat it out on the reunion show which begins airing this Monday. “Brianna was at our reunion…” she confirms.
As for what Vicki thought of the incident, she recently told a fan, “There was a lot more to the night that wasn’t shown.”
