Marisa Zanuck And Ryan Serhant Return To TV With New Real Estate Firm
Marisa Zanuck and Ryan Serhant are teaming up to bring their own real estate firm to Beverly Hills’ Canon Drive.
Marisa, who has appeared on several shows including The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles, and Ryan Serhant, of Million Dollar Listing: New York, are more than just reality stars — they are realtors at the top of their game and last week, they announced plans to open their own firm.
“[I’m] very excited to FINALLY be able to announce that we are opening an office in Beverly Hills!” Ryan announced on Friday morning on Instagram. “Look how awesome it is. Get ready LA. I’m coming for you.”
On Thursday, The Hollywood Reporter first broke the news of Marisa and Ryan’s new project, telling readers that construction on their two-story Beverly Hills office is nearly complete.
Helping them with their office design is Lili Zanuck, Marisa’s mother-in-law. ”She’s my best friend and an incredible designer,” says Marisa of Lili. “Canon Drive is real estate row, so we had to be there. You have to look like you’re a baller, and it’s important that we don’t f*** around.”
This news of the project is quite exciting and even more exciting would be the fact that fans will soon be seeing the pair — and their firm — on television. When a fan suggested to Marisa that she take the firm to TV, she responded, saying, “We are!! Gonna be on TV soon!!! Promise!!”
