EXCLUSIVE Tamra Barney Clears Up Tummy Tuck Rumors

Tamra Barney and her husband Eddie Judge were in Miami this week where they hit the beach with Tamra’s kids (photo from August 28).
While the Real Housewives of Orange County couple looked amazing in their beach gear, some sites have noted that Tamra’s stomach seemed unnaturally tight and claimed that it could be the result of a tummy tuck. After the reports surfaced, we reached out to Tamra who is setting the record straight when it comes to the plastic surgery rumors.
“I had emergency abdominal surgery a year ago today. It left me with a 6-inch scare through my belly button and a huge layer of mesh in my stomach to repair the damage,” Tamra tells Hollywoodite exclusively. “I have to go have reconstructive surgery to fix my belly button. It’s been a real struggle for me and it took 6 months before I could even work my stomach.”
Last year, Tamra came close to death after suffering a burst hernia which left her in need of the surgery. ”They had to reconstruct my whole stomach,” Tamra told E! News last month of the procedure. “It was really, really bad. I almost died.”
Following the surgery, Tamra spent five days in the hospital. “The scary thing was I was supposed to go to Mexico the next morning and had I gotten on the airplane, they said it probably wouldn’t have been able to get down in time,” Tamra told E!
As for the rumors, Tamra is appalled that anyone would make such claims after all she’s dealt with in the last several months. “F**k them for saying I had a tummy tuck after everything I’ve gone through,” she tells Hollywoodite exclusively. “Would they like to see the incision with tubes coming out of me???”
