Farrah Abraham Announces New Reality Show

Farrah Abraham is headed back to our living rooms with the announcement of her new reality show. The 21-year-old, who got her television stardom on MTV’s documentary series 16 and Pregnant then starred in the spin off series Teen Mom and recently released her tape with James Dean, has announced she has scored a new reality series. Abraham tweeted Tuesday “Get ready for better TV : ) The News Is True,” announcing a new reality venture with Spinboi Films. Spinboi Films confirmed the reality series on their Facebook page, posting “MAJOR NEWS!!! Spinboi Films has signed Teen Mom Farrah Abraham to develop a new reality docu-soup! TV magic coming soon!”
The production deal indicates that they intend to show Abraham’s life as a young single mother of her three-year-old daughter Sophia. No network has yet been named for the production nor has shown interest in the new show.
Abraham has recently made headlines with her arrest in March for a DUI, she has pleaded guilty and the release of her sex tape “Farrah Abraham Superstar. Backdoor Teen Mom,” crashed Vivid’s site with more than 2 million visitors in just 12 hours. She recently told Us Magazine she has no intention of ever doing another adult rated movie stating, “I’m not choosing that life. I’m getting an online master’s in business communication and I want to open a modern fusion restaurant in Austin that has a drunk driving campaign to help people make good choices. I really want to change the world.”
Is Abraham trying to be the next Kim Kardashian and stretching those 15 minutes of fame? I highly doubt she can ever replace Kim Kardashian, but this new reality series is a good last attempt.
