Farrah Abraham Gets Chin Implant Removed

Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham has gone under the knife for the fourth time in her young life, but this time around was a little different. Instead of going bigger, Farrah actually downsized and got one of her implants removed.
After spending a reported $16,000 last year on a new nose and chin implant, Farrah decided that she liked her chin much better without the implant and opted to get it taken out which she did yesterday in Florida, with The Doctors cameras in tow.
“[Farrah] booked a room at Bal Harbour Plastic Surgery Associates in Miami on Monday and had a camera follow her as she got her chin implant taken out,” Too Fab reports. “After a 40 minute procedure — which was done while she was awake — Farrah emerged a new woman.”
Following her original procedure, which seems to have been done by the same plastic surgeon, Dr. Michael Salzhauer, Farrah told In Touch, “I don’t have to hate anything on my face ever again. I feel gorgeous!”
Prior to the nose job and chin implant surgery, Farrah had gotten a $5,000 breast augmentation which was captured on camera for Teen Mom. Then, this past May, Farrah went under the knife yet again to increase her bust size for a whopping $7,145 which brought her surgery total to $28,145.
Following her first set of breasts and face re-boot, Farrah explained. “I hate that my surgeries cost this much, but it was worth it.”
No word on how much this most recent procedure cost her.
