More tragedy in the shocking death of The Bachelor star, Gia Allemand.

As reported earlier, Gia died last month from taking her own life.  A lot of people thought her boyfriend, NBA player, Ryan Anderson, was the cause of the suicide because he told her, “he didn’t love her anymore.” But, her mom, Donna  Micheletti, is not blaming him for her death, but instead is blaming Gia’s dad, Eugene Allemand.

According to People.com, Donna was a guest on the season premiere of the Dr. Phil show, where she talked about her daughter’s tragic death and what led her to commit suicide.

Donna says, “Right after Mother’s Day, she had a falling out with her father, really badly. She was devastated. He told her she was an idiot, she was too stupid and ‘You’re no daughter of mine, don’t call me for Father’s Day and lose my number.’ That was the beginning of her end. I think it just ate her up and then she was picking on her boyfriend … I told [her dad] I blamed him. I told him, ‘It’s your fault. You’re the reason.’ ”

She also believed Gia’s menstrual cycle was also involved in her suicide.

Donna explains, ”When she was on her period, it was like night and day. [Her depression] would come out of nowhere. All of a sudden, something would click in [her mind] and she would say, ‘This isn’t right. He doesn’t love me. He’s not this. He’s not that’ … I used to tell her, ‘They’re not your father. They do love you. You’re just not seeing it.’ ”

Her father did acknowledged the argument she had with Gia. According to People, he talked to the New York Daily News about it saying, ”We had a fight on Mother’s Day and I said some things that I regret. I wish I could take them back, but it’s too late. If she were still here, I would tell her I’m so sorry and that I love her and that she will always be my rainbow.”

We will never know the real reason why Gia took her own life. R.I.P., Gia.
