Hayden Panettiere Plastic Surgery: “It Appears She Has Nashville-Sized Breast Implants”

Drawing attention to that night’s episode of her television show, Nashville, Hayden Panettiere staged several bikini photos in Miami on Wednesday. The photos were followed by the cover of Glamour Magazine May 2013 on which she talked about her desire to have children, presumably with her new fiance Wladimir Klitschko.

Panettiere was looking for attention posing in her bikini, over the course of several hours, changing into a few different beach outfits. And she got the attention she wanted because it turns out she was really showing off some new things. Apparently, she’s purchased some new boobs since we last saw her and the implants are not exactly subtle.

In what’s obviously a boob job, and a BAD boob job at that, the implants are puckering because they’re too big on Panettiere’s small frame… and we’re not the only one’s to notice.

Hayden, 23, wasn’t shy about showing off her hot bikini body over the weekend in Miami, nearly spilling out of her skimpy fuchsia string two-piece – and her… new curves has at least one expert crying ‘boob job!’

“It appears that Hayden has some Nashville-sized breast implants,”celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn, who has not treated the [actress], told RadarOnline.

“The wrinkles on the inner part of her breast are very consistent with wrinkles we see with salinebreast implants, which can be inserted through the armpit,” explained Dr. Youn, but the marks can be reduced with silicone implants, fat injections, or gaining weight.

“Implant wrinkles or not, I think Hayden looks great!” Youn enthused. – via National Enquirer.
