Report: Heidi Klum & Seal Will Begin Bitter Custody Battle

This week’s Star is basically starting s**t, the week that Seal has stopped wearing his wedding ring in public.

This somewhat rings true for two reasons 1) it’s lucky timing on Star’s behalf, perhaps, if a custody battle started this week, because only a few weeks ago did Seal declare the now-gone ring was a symbol of his feelings for estranged wife Heidi Klum 2) it feels like the public don’t know Seal at all, after the anger issues etc. were revealed at the time of the split.

Star claims the couple is about to engage in what will basically be Halle Berry/ Gabriel Aubry’s custody case, but with the addition of drugs and hooker scandals; although, Klum hasn’t revealed herself to be crazy yet.

Following up TMZ.com’s claims that he’s an angry seal who caused the demise of his marriage by lashing out and jealously-controlling Klum, Star claims she’s taking the kids foreshadowing her desire to maintain sole custody in the interest of protecting the kids from their dad’s demons.

Heidi Klum and Seal seemed to have parted ways amicably, but now a new report from Star magazine says that’s all about to end.

“The original agreement was that Heidi would have primary custody and Seal could visit at any time,” a source says. “But since the breakup was announced [on Jan. 22], Heidi has been looking to pack up their home in Brentwood and go back to New York.”

Seal plans to stay in California, and Heidi hopes going to New York will keep their four kids, Henry, 6, Johan, 5, Lou, 2, and Leni, 7, will keep them at a distance from him. “She believes his lifestyle and criminal issues don’t provide a ‘conducive environment’ for their kids,” the source explains.

Seal’s violent history, the source says he pushed Heidi and had an raging temper, has Heidi concerned for the kids. And she was shocked to learn of his sordid past: he allegedly had multiple run-ins with the law, including drug trafficking and promoting prostitution.

“Heidi had no idea,” the source says. “She’s dumbfounded that Seal led a double life. Things are going to get nasty between them.” – via Star Magazine, Hollywood Life.
