Hollywoodite.com is a growing Hollywood gossip website in search of talented people to write posts for which they’ll be credited.
We’re a growing site and, as such, we are currently hiring writers who understand online publishing and who have an almost prescient understanding of celebrity news.
You’ll have a genuine interest in popular culture, with a bias towards television, tabloid, and scandal. You’ll be original, you’ll understand online publishing, and you’ll be a good researcher/ fact-checker. You’ll also be looking for a part-time writing position to strengthen your portfolio of online work.
There are several positions available on the site at the moment all of which require a minimum three month commitment.
In short, you’ll be part of a team but the positions are as follows (feel free to contact the site owner for more information).
* Part-time position A: Writing at least FIVE posts per week, every week, Monday through Friday, for at least three months. You’ll be one of a team of writers with the same position, reporting to the site owner, and you’ll receive a named byline for your work. You do not need previous experience to apply for this position.
* Part-time position B: Writing at least ONE post per week, every week (submitting work between Monday and Friday), for at least three months. You’ll be part of a team of writers with the same position, reporting to the site owner, and you’ll also receive a named byline as credit for your work. You do not need previous experience to apply for this position.
