Is There a Possibility for a Miley Cyrus/Ne-Yo Collaboration?
September 13, 2013 by Jennifer Exley
It seems all anyone can talk about lately is Miley Cyrus. Whether it’s her fashion choices, the VMAs or her latest risque music video, everyone wants to get on the Miley bandwagon, for better or worse. The latest passenger? Ne-Yo.
According to Perez Hilton, the singer revealed he would be really excited to work with Cyrus in the future. “You know what? Miley is living her life, man, and who am I to judge?” he said in a recent interview. “Miley, if you’re listening, holler at your boy!”
While this isn’t a direct statement saying he wants to work with the twerking queen, it’s a pretty good admission.
It’s hard to tell what exactly drove Ne-Yo to come to this decision? Was it the twerking or the wrecking ball swinging? Either way, the world may have to wait a little while for this collaboration. Cyrus has already released her tracklist for her upcoming album Bangerz. Taking one look at the track list, though, can give Ne-Yo some hope of a future with the pop princess. Cyrus has already done collaborations with Britney Spears, Big Sean, French Montana and Future.
Interestingly, Cyrus only released the list if her followers could break the record for most Vevo views on a video in one day. The video of choice? Wrecking Ball, of course.
