Jason Hoppy Wants Bethenny Frankel’s Skinnygirl Staff Out Of Their New York Apartment

Jason Hoppy and Bethenny Frankel have been living together for the last several months since their separation, and as they close in on their divorce trial, the tension between them is at an all-time high. In addition to having to deal with each other daily, Jason is also having to deal with Bethenny’s Skinnygirl staff members working out of the NYC apartment they share.
Although the arrangement was certainly something that worked in the past, prior to the split, it has put an even bigger stress between Jason and Bethenny and now, Jason has taken legal action to get the staffers out of the home.
“It’s not a big office, but the employees use the bathrooms in the apartment and often gather in the kitchen to just gab,” a source close to the couple revealed to Radar Online. “It’s very concerning for Jason. He believes it’s disrupting Bryn’s sleep schedule. He is also concerned for Bryn’s safety, as Jason doesn’t know the background of these people.”
For Bethenny, having her staff working out of her home is much easier and convenient than having everyone in an office, but with her ex living there as well, he deserves a say.
“It makes no sense to cram all of those people into that small room,” the source continues. “Jason believes that Bethenny is trying to make him as miserable as possible in their apartment… especially considering that she can certainly afford to lease office space for the staffers.”
According to the report, Jason confronted Bethenny with the situation, but she hasn’t made the requested adjustments which led Jason to go directly to the judge.
Adds the source, “Jason had asked Bethenny to do it, but she refused, so he had no choice but to go to court and have a judge rule on the matter.”
