Jef Holm May Get A Second Chance

A source close to former The Bachelorette winner Jef Holm spilled some insider scoop to Life & Style.

“Jef has been in talks with ABC about being the next Bachelor,” the source spills, “He loves fame, so it’s really no surprise he’d be open to the opportunity. He also really knows how to turn on the charm!”

On the eighth season of The Bachelorette, Holm used that charm to win over Emily Maynard. He proposed to a gleeful Maynard but their May 2012 engagement was over by October 2012. The split came after countless reports that the couple was going down a bumpy road. The rumors claimed that Maynard had cheated on Holm, while other rumors labeled Holm as fame hungry. One of the worst rumors the couple had to face was the claim that Holm had attempted to get back together with his ex-girlfriend after he proposed to Maynard.

Mid-December, the former flames were photographed near Maynard’s North Carolina home but it was reported that Maynard was completely over him and wanted absolutely nothing to do with him anymore. “She was so in love with him, he crushed her,” a source close to Maynard told US Weekly.

If Holm is picked to be the next Bachelor, Maynard will certainly not be tuning it. The hatred she now feels for Holm would be ignited if he gets a second chance at love and fame. The Bachelor/Bachelorette series is infamous for its drama and with Holm running the show you can bet there will be plenty.
