Jenelle Evans Breast Implants Before & After: Boob Job Photos

In other Teen Mom news, Teen Mom 2′s Jenelle Evans got a boob job last Wednesday. The breast implants increased her bust size to 34 C (which feels rather top-heavy and “high” for her frame, although it’s hard to tell with the swelling).

The 20-year-old is recovering from the breast augmentation surgery only six days ago, but she went to the beach this weekend in Oak Island, North Carolina with on-off boyfriend Gary Head. Evans should probably have kept her chest covered and bound for a few weeks and only then worn such a supportive top (she really, really should not be wearing that pink underwire bikini already).

Included are before and after photos. Incidentally, Evans also showed the results of her surgery by posing topless in several uncensored nudes that are making the rounds and appear to be real.

A RadarOnline.com source says Evans paid $5,000 for the surgery, which was done near her home in North Carolina.

The source continues, acknowledging the breasts are misshapen: “She likes them. She is really happy, but she thinks they’re lopsided. MTV didn’t want her to do it. But they didn’t do anything after she did it. She got Hydrocodone (a prescription painkiller) and they had her on morphine while she was going through it. She was all high, she was eating the hydrocodones like they were Skittles.”
