Teen Mom 2 Star Jenelle Evans Is Heading To Jail

Troubled Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans is reportedly heading back to jail. Evans was scheduled to appear in a North Carolina court at 9:30 a.m. this morning to address charges of cyber-stalking brought against her by ex-fiance Gary Head. Unfortunately, she was out of town and missed the appearance.

“Jenelle was saying that she didn’t even know about the charges and they were from months ago,” a source close to Evans told Radar Online of the incident. “Jenelle is going to turn herself in, bail out and get the charges dismissed.”

Evans and Head’s relationship began in early 2012 and was documented for the fourth season of Teen Mom 2. While Head seemed to be good for Evans for the first several months, by May, things had taken a turn for the worse and their relationship became extremely violent. The two were involved in a handful of physical altercations and in late June, Head was arrested after allegedly beating Evans and trying to strangle her with a bed sheet. In August, he plead guilty to assault and Evans was granted a one-year restraining order against him.

In January of this year, Evans ended up back with Head after breaking up with husband Courtland Rogers. Their second go-around lasted just two months.

It’s unclear when exactly Head filed these charges — especially considering their on-again, off-again relationship. While they weren’t getting along after their August court date, they seemed to quickly put it behind them which allowed for their 2013 reunion. Following their most recent split, Evans and Head were once again on the outs but not for long.

Regardless of when or why the charges were brought against her, Evans is ready to address and handle them. “Jenelle wants to put all of this behind her, she’s super pissed off about everything and doesn’t want to keep dealing with all of this crap,” the source adds.
