Jennifer Lawrence Emailed Kristen Stewart To Clear Up Feud Rumours

Feeling the need to clarify tabloid-concocted rumours of a feud between the main cast of The Hunger Games and the cast of Twilight, Jennifer Lawrence says she emailed Kristen Stewart to say there was no bad blood on her end.
That said, the tabloids have been having a field day since it’s part of the promotion to tenuously link the movies in hopes disenfranchised Twi-hards jump ship to The Hunger Games or perhaps enjoy both as Twilight and the money it makes (eventually) diminish. It remains a tenuous link, with the films being based on books and Lawrence losing the role of Bella Swan to Stewart. But there’s pretty obviously no feud, since the tabloid rumours don’t even make any sense (the “feud” is petty at best, and laboured at worst).
“I wrote her an email because there was this huge, like, article about a Twilight and Hunger Games feud… And we’ve never met before and never spoken,” Lawrence told Access Hollywood, explaining Stewart wrote back. “There were all these, like, fake quotes from me that were actually hilarious. [Kristen] wrote me back, and she was like, ‘It’s fine. Welcome to the world where everything you say gets turned into [something it’s not],’ So she understood.”
In a separate interview with Parade Magazine, Lawrence says the Kardashians will bring about end of days indirectly which is pretty amusing and her analysis pretty spot-on.
Asked why people related to the books, Lawrence opined: “I was watching the Kardashian girl getting divorced, and that’s a tragedy for anyone. But they’re using it for entertainment, and we’re watching it. The books hold up a terrible kind of mirror: This is what our society could be like if we became desensitized to trauma and to each other’s pain.”
