Reports: Jennifer Lawrence In THG Romance, Or Texting Brad Pitt?

Good grief. Credit where it’s due that Battle Royale copy pasta The Hunger Games isn’t going to pains to labour a love triangle the way Twilight did its marketing campaign. That’s not stopping the tabloids just making up their own stories, about supposed co-star hook-ups and cheating scandals, knowing The Hunger Games is a franchise-of-years and a gift that will keep on giving.
OK! Magazine suggests, sort of, that there’s some random on-set hook-up going on, even though we covered this already; Jennifer Lawrence is not dating either male lead, since she’s dating former X-Men: First Class co-star Nicholas Hoult.
Neglecting to elaborate on the supposed hook-ups on its website, the cover story quickly devolves into a glorified press release and pasted anecdotes about how tough the movie was to film. In what could just be a Googlable profile of who’s in an off-set relationship with whom, leaving it vague enough not to actually accuse anyone of cheating, the cover reads: “The Hunger Games’ Secret Romance. Who Jennifer’s really dating; Intimate hotel room rendezvous; Why the movie will be better than the books.”
Separately, Star snidely accuses Lawrence of being a cheater too. This time, there’s a conjured sext/ text hook-up with Brad Pitt with whom the tabloid claims she’s been flirting since they, including Angelina Jolie, attended the 2012 Academy Awards.
Star claims it’s Pitt who’s infatuated and flirting, more than the other way around, after he and Lawrence supposedly exchanged digits at the Oscars.
A source tells the tabloid: “Brad hasn’t stopped talking about how gorgeous, poised and talented Jennifer is. Brad is determined to find a project to collaborate on. [However Angelina] warned him to act his age and stop drooling over a girl young enough to be his daughter. She even hit him with the jab, ‘which Jennifer are you talking about?’ Angie absolutely freaked out [finding out they’d been texting].”
