Jennifer Lopez Went On A Random Date With… Bradley Cooper?

Because these stories don’t write themselves and because Jennifer Lopez has no place else to be, she and Bradley Cooper went on a non-date at the behest of their publicists and the details somehow leaked to TMZ.com. Imagine that.

Jennifer Lopez might be moving on from hubby Marc Anthony in a big way — because last night she went out on a date with Bradley Cooper. The two hit up Per Se, a restaurant located at Columbus Circle in New York City. We’re told the dinner was “romantic” and was just the two of them. – via TMZ.

It probably wasn’t really a romantic date. Unless the publicist(s) who made it happened asked them to pick a romantic restaurant. Aside from Lopez’s need to marry anyone and Cooper’s attraction to everyone, this is such a random pairing. Maybe it was a work meeting for an upcoming project or something? That seems more likely. Lopez didn’t comment/ deny right away because she needs to column inches, but she’ll eventually give a vaguely-worded denial and we’ll hear no more about it. Also, it can never work because their names don’t easily portmanteaus. And separate names and identities within a relationship will not be tolerated.
