Jessica Biel Wants Band-Aid Baby, Fidelity Clause In Prenup?

Giving Us Weekly’s Fan Fic department the week off, it’s Star’s turn to claim pre-marital drama between Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel (the magazines take turns attacking the couple on alternating weeks).
Us Weekly started the nonexistent drama by claiming that Timberlake proposed only after being browbeaten by Biel. National Enquirer added, soon after, that Timberlake was cheap; getting Biel a tacky little ring that she rejected, instead demanding a bigger and better one. And that’s not counting the probably-fabricated cheating scandals, near 100% of which originated and “happened” only in the pages of Us Weekly. Honestly, there’s no compelling reason to think Timberlake is anything other than faithful to whomever he’s with at the time. In this case, Biel.
And now Star is preempting cheating, while simultaneously working on its get-out clause for if/ when it turns out the engagement stories are untrue. The tabloids always work on the easy out: to explain the lack of a ring (she rejected it), and why there’s no announcement yet (they’re fighting right now over a supposed prenup).
Making the 29-year-old sound money-hungry, insecure and juvenile, Star claims Biel is so worried about the “cheating,” she wants a fidelity clause built into their supposed prenup; again, this assumes she’s ever been cheated on. Oh, and Star claims there are baby plans but those come with a fidelity caveat too.
Since they got engaged over the holidays, the couple have been butting heads over everything from hammering out their prenup to becoming parents. And [Justin’s] serial cheating throughout their four-year romance is a big issue.
“She thinks if he strays during the marriage, she should be royally compensated,” says an insider. “She wants a fidelity clause in the prenup giving her at least $500,000 if he does.”
But Justin is offering a cash settlement with no fidelity clause or alimony, adds the source. “But Jess won’t budge.”
Biel also insists that they hold off on starting a family. “If he’s faithful for several years, maybe she’ll agree to have his baby,” says the insider. “She doesn’t trust him 100 percent yet. Jessica figures if she gets fat during the pregnancy, he’ll cheat again.” – via Star Magazine, Celebitchy.
Two side notes 1) Star and National Enquirer are owned by the same people, American Media Inc., hence complimentary stories. 2) Ugh, can tabloid stop implying that pregnant women are fat? If she gets “fat” while carrying his baby, it’ll compel him to stray. WTF? Also, the Band-Aid baby who exist to trap a supposed cheater. Really? GOD!
